Contact
Send product lists, replacement notes, pump duty points or pressure valve requirements to the Watts support desk. The contact path is intentionally direct because most buyers arrive with a practical constraint rather than a broad browsing question. They may need a pressure reducing valve checked against an installed setting, a check valve confirmed for a line orientation, a mixing valve reviewed for temperature control, or a pump part matched to an existing service condition.
Watts can respond faster when the first message includes the known operating data. For valves and fittings, share connection size, body material, pressure range, fluid, code notes and any old tag or model number. For pumps, share flow, head, voltage, phase, duty cycle, installation envelope and whether the request is a new selection or a replacement. If the information is incomplete, send what you have; the team will return a short list of missing points instead of forcing a new inquiry from the beginning. Photos of nameplates, gauges or installed pipework are also useful when the model number is worn.

Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30. Urgent replacement notes are prioritized by application detail.
Quote form
Include model numbers, system pressure, pump head, flow rate, voltage, quantity and preferred lead time. The more complete the first message, the faster Watts can separate confirmed items from open questions. For urgent MRO work, mention the shutdown date, acceptable alternates and whether a service kit should be quoted with the main assembly. For planned projects, attach the specification notes that affect material, pressure class, pump curve or connection standard. That context gives Watts enough room to answer with a usable quote path rather than a generic product suggestion.
